Anonymity and JuriCarrière

When a candidate chooses to become anonymous, their name, address and résumé will not be presented to employers.

As soon as an anonymous candidate's profile has been purchased by employer following a search in the Candidate Pool, an email is sent to the anonymous candidate for their approval or dismissal of the employer's request.

Upon the reception of the candidate's approval, the name, address and résumé are made available to the requesting employer. An email is also sent to the employer to alert that an anonymous candidate has agreed to reveal their identity.

Anonymity doesn't apply to job postings on the Job Board. If a candidate chooses to apply for a job offer, their identity is revealed to the employer regardless of their anonymity status.
